ET TEŞHİR TABAĞI 

Minimum 6 porsiyonluk dekore edilmiş glaze edilmiş garnitürleri dizilmiş Dana veya kuzu etinden hazırlanmış tabağın teşhir edilmesinde yapılan çalışmalar yarışmanın birinci günü saat 8 de belirtilen yere konulup  tabak gün sonunda yarışmacı tarafından kaldırılır.       

MEAT DISPLAY PLATE

The work done to display a plate prepared from beef or lamb, with a minimum of 6 portions of decorated, glazed garnishes arranged, is placed in the specified place at 8 o'clock on the first day of the competition, and the plate is removed by the contestant at the end of the day.
